ORDER CONFIRMATION

What to expect when you order from us.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will contact you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

When you will receive your order.

Shipping times are shown on each product page and vary from product to product depending upon the supplier.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit or debit card it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at customer.care@prestigeprams.co.uk

FAULTY & DAMAGED ITEMS

Looking after you when something goes wrong.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send evidence (e.g. photos, videos, etc.) to customer.care@prestigeprams.co.uk and we will process a claim on your behalf. This will also assist in the swift processing of your replacement or refund.

If you have a manufacturing fault with your item within 30 days of purchase we will refund or replace the item for you subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

If your product develops a fault after 30 days of purchase then this will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This will only apply to manufacturing faults and not faults caused by any other means.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Wear and tear including damage to tyres
  • Misuse such as inappropriate storage or product care
  • Maintenance and use other than indicated in, or failure to adhere to, the user guide
  • Abuse or neglect of the product
  • Carelessness or accidents
  • Any custom modifications to the product including third party products (e.g. buggy boards)
  • Damage caused by air transportation or freight transit

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Money back guarantee if you change your mind.

Customers can cancel their order and request a refund for up to 30 days after the product has been received. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Unwanted products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed when the returned product(s) have been received and inspected to ensure they are resalable.

Depending on your original payment method it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be received following processing. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing the order.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.care@prestigeprams.co.uk.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are undelivered. We recommend retaining proof of postage in the event that you may require it to make a claim with your courier.

We cannot accept returns for gift cards or downloadable products. However, if the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 14 days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within one month of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor’s website within 14 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has the following limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as discounts and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location or be a private seller
  • The website cannot be a marketplace, discounter or auction website (i.e. Amazon, eBay, Overstock, etc.)
  • The competitor must be an Authorised Retailer for the product in question
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes VAT
  • It cannot be used in conjunction with discounts, promotions or voucher codes - the lower of the discounted or price matched value will be applied
